BOOKING
A deposit of 1 nights accommodation is required to secure your booking. For high season 2 nights deposit is required. Please note deposits are not refundable or transferable unless at least 30 days notice of the cancellation or variation is received. If more than 30 days notice of intended cancellation is given, 50% of the initial deposit will be refunded.
Your booking is for a set time and once confirmed, any change will result in liability for payment of the whole of the time booked unless you have cancelled in accordance with this policy.
Please check your dates carefully. Cancellations must be made in writing, email or facsimile.
Your check in time is 2pm with checkout being 10am.
